Interior & exterior use

A natural finish water based impregnating sealer. Delicately enhances colour. Helps protect against staining.  Strongly repels water, oil and grease. Allows surface to breathe. 

Directions for use:

Preparation: Ensure surface to be treated is completely clean, dry and free from dirt, grime, cement and grout. If necessary, first wash surfaces with a dilute solution of TileTech Heavy Duty Grime Remover 1:10 and white pad. Rinse well to remove residues and leave to dry (24hrs).

Rough cut, tumbled, textured or riven surfaces

Shake bottle before use. Apply generously and evenly using a paint brush or sponge.  On highly absorbent surfaces apply several coats wet-in-wet. After 15 minutes, remove any excess sealer with an absorbent cloth. Do not allow residues to dry on the surface.  

Honed, smooth and polished surfaces Shake bottle before use

Apply generously and evenly using a lint free cloth, lamb’s wool applicator, paint pad or sponge. Ensure even distribution by wiping over several times. After 15 minutes, remove any excess sealer with an absorbent cloth. Polished surfaces should befinished after removal of excess by buffing with a soft lint free cloth or machine with buffing pad. This should be done while the sealer is still wet on the surface. Do not allow residues to dry on the surface. 

Coverage:

Lower porosity floors - approx 1-2 litres per 10m2 of floor. Higher porosity floors - approx 3-4 litres per 10m2 of floor. Polished floors  - approx 1 litre per 10m² of floor

Maintenance:

Routinely sweep the floor and wash with TileTech Natural Floor Soap. Clean walls and work surfaces with Stonewash Maintenance Cleaner. 

Attention:  

Keep out of reach of children. After contact with skin, wash with soap and water.  Do not empty into drains or water courses. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste coatings. Do not use in temperatures under 5°C or over 25°C. Turn off under-floor heating.  If in doubt, test on an inconspicuous area prior to general application.  Avoid using strong detergents to wash treated surfaces. On higher porosity materials sufficient sealer should be applied wet-in-wet until treated surfaces are fully saturated. 

Storage:

Cool, frost free environment. Opened containers should be used up as soon as possible
