Premium Select Light Travertine Tile Honed and Filled

This Select Premium choice 1st grade Travertine tile is of very high quality and is a 'warm' light beige in colour. These Travertine tiles are hand selected to ensure limited variations in colour and that the quality is consistent. The Select range has very little filler throughout the tiles and is suitable for all heavy wear areas, perfect for both wall and floor projects. If you want a tile that looks stunning in all environments, then this is it. It has beautiful colouration and a fantastic warm feel to it. It looks both at home in modern or traditional properties.     I have ordered from them 3 times and the quality of the tiles is better than I got from Topps tiles before and half the price. The staff were so helpful and I even went to their office to collect a few extra tiles (late on Friday night) as I had miss calculated and the staff were so helpful and even gave me an extra tile just incase there was any problems. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. I will post pictures of the finished bathroom once the builder has finished fitting the white goods but I am very happy with it. Perfect customer service.

    I tried to buy this product, my order was accepted, my credit card debited and then I got a call from them asking me to email
    proof of identity. I'm run off my feat and used the Internet to source and buy this product to save time. My card was debited before they sought any additional details and I don't have anything I can send to then when I'm on the move. If you want to deal with a company that takes your money and then wastes your time then order from Travetine Direct. It will be interesting to see if and how long this review remains on their website

    We are committed to safe and secure shopping and asking clients who sometimes have different address and card details is a system that stops fraud and keeps our prices low. Only prior to despatch do we check for fraud in line with our banks recommendations. I am sorry you feel this way but we feel security is more important than making a 'quick sale'.
    On this occasion the customer did provide ID and we delivered his tiles, as far as we are aware the customer is now happy.

    We weren't sure if the bargin was too good to be true but TD have been terrific. We also checked around all the big names but TD prices were the best. Great service from Amy. The tiles arrived beautifully packaged and look fantastic. No ill effects from being stored outside (covered up) for a few weeks. Our only concern was if the delivery man could get his pallett lift across the gravel drive but all ok with a few boards. Thoroughly recommend on all fronts.
