A natural matt finish impregnating tile sealer, which delicately enhances giving natural colour and texture.

Important: - Matt Finish Tile Sealer may need to be used in conjunction with a surface sealer on more absorbent, rough surface floors.

Directions:

Shake the bottle prior to use. Ensure surface to be treated is completely clean, dry and free from cement and grout stain (see Grout Stain Remover). Apply 2-3 coats of Matt Finish Tile Sealer with a paint brush, roller or sponge, allowing at least four hours between coats. More absorbent floors may require further coats and on such floors the product should be generously applied. 1-2 hours after the last application, rub over the floor with a soft fluff free cloth to obtain a uniform finish and remove any material not yet absorbed. Matt Finish Tile Sealer will dry after about two hours, but will take a further three days to become fully resistant. N.B. Mattstone will help to inhibit oil-based stains but such spillages should be wiped up immediately.

Lower porosity floors
Approximately 1-2 litres per 10m2 of floor
Higher porosity floors
Approximately 3-4 litres per 10m2 of floor

Attention:
Keep out of reach of children
Use gloves to apply
Avoid contact with eyes and skin
In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice
In case of swallowing seek medical advice
After contact with skin, wash with soap and water.

Maintenance:

Routinely sweep the floor and wash with LTP Maintenance Liquid. Ensure that areas where the seal has been worn or damaged are resealed with Matt Finish Tile Sealer. Apply a fresh coat of Sealer to your floor should it begin to shows signs of stain absorption. This should be done after the floor has been washed and allowed to dry thoroughly.
